Since their daughter Addy was old enough to talk, she dreamed of the day her dad would open a restaurant with her. Every cooking show she watched, every trip out to eat, was a chance to scout dishes for the future joint.
In April 2023, David and Miranda Poto made it real: a food trailer with their daughter’s name on it, parked for the summer at Number One Pond.
All four Poto daughters pitch in — “They all want to be involved… It’s a family event,” as David puts it. On busy pond days, the family picnics together between the lunch rush and the dinner rush. In their own words: “family is the foundation for all of our successes and future goals.”
